A long debt list is overwhelming, and the balance on its own doesn't show you any progress. This kit gives you something to see: a 10 by 10 color-in chart for each debt, where every square is a chunk of the balance you have paid. Color one in each time you make a payment and watch the grid fill up.

Start with the "first 15 minutes" page: gather your numbers, list every debt on one "My debts at a glance" page, choose a chart and color your first squares. A worked example page uses clearly invented numbers so you can see how the pages fit together. Then choose the order that suits you. The snowball and avalanche pages explain both methods in neutral words, and the worksheets let you number your debts either way (or your own way).

The color-in charts come in $1,000, $2,500, $5,000, $10,000 and $25,000 versions, plus a blank chart where you set what each square is worth. Squares are labeled with the running total, and the 25%, 50%, 75% and paid-in-full squares are highlighted so there are milestones to look forward to. Two credit card trackers log the statement balance, minimum due and what you paid each month. The debt-free countdown has 36 monthly circles and a wins list, and the creditor call log keeps a record of who you spoke to and what was agreed. One page points you to nonprofit credit counseling at nfcc.org.

You get three PDFs: US Letter (20 pages), A4 (20 pages) and a low-ink version, with a clickable contents page for tablets. All amounts on the example pages are invented. It tracks your payments and does not promise any payoff date or result. Personal organizing tool, not financial advice.
