Christmas money rarely goes wrong in one big purchase. It slips away in small pieces: a few extra gifts, one more grocery run, a teacher gift you forgot about. This planner gives every dollar a line before you spend it.

You start with one number: what Christmas will cost, all in, using money you actually have. Then you split it across categories, from gifts and stockings to food, decor, travel, cards and a buffer for the things you forget. A paycheck plan shows how much of each payday goes to Christmas between now and December, with the 2026 key dates (Black Friday Nov 27, Cyber Monday Nov 30) and space for shipping cutoffs.

The gift pages do the heavy lifting. Everyone you buy for goes on one list with a cap next to their name, and a quick check tells you whether the caps fit your gift line before you shop. Twelve person cards hold sizes, wish lists and ideas. There are stocking planners for eight stockings, a page for teacher, coworker and neighbor gifts, and two gift exchange boxes.

As you shop, the spending log keeps a running total, the returns log tracks the last day to return each item, and the sales plan has you write a target price before the sale starts. In January, the review page turns what happened into next year's number, and a 12-month tracker starts the Christmas 2027 fund.

You get three PDFs: US Letter, A4 and a low-ink version. Personal organizing tool, not financial advice.
